Program operating rules:
- This program is valid in ExxonMobil Egypt’s gas stations that have On the Run and The Way To Go /or any Mobil outlet in all parts of the Arab Republic of Egypt for the benefit of Mobil Egypt customers.
- In order for the customer to participate in the program, the customer purchases a bottle of ExxonMobil Egypt oil from the aforementioned oils in any of the sizes mentioned above or fills his car with at least 25 liters of Mobil Super Plus 95 at the participating gas stations and thus accumulates points.
- ExxonMobil Egypt shall not bear any liability in the event that the service provider refuses to redeem points or accept e- vouchers provided by the customers.
- For support and inquiries, customers can call the short number 15177
- The customer cannot transfer his earned points to another customer, nor can the points be exchanged for money except if the merchant’s replacement policy permits this.
- For the customers that will fill their cars with fuel super plus 95 they have only the right to collect points a maximum of one time every two days.
- ExxonMobil Egypt rules and regulations apply to this program.
- ExxonMobil Egypt has the right to cancel, postpone, suspend, or change this program at any time during its validity period in any case of force majeure without the customer’s right to refer to any of the ExxonMobil Egypt companies (for example, not limited to, the customer does not have the right to request obtaining gifts of the program or the financial compensation for the points exchanged or compensation or any other request otherwise), just as the customer does not have the right to refer to ExxonMobil Egypt companies for any losses, damages or any missed gain, and the customer acknowledges his knowledge and approval and acceptance of this paragraph.
- In case ExxonMobil Egypt stopped or changed the program at any time during its validity period, customers will have a specific period, to be announced by ExxonMobil Egypt, in order to redeem their points at the service providers and to obtain Mobilawy program’s benefits.
- ExxonMobil Egypt reserves the right to seek legal actions/remedies against the customer for any direct or indirect misuse and/or fraud of the program.

- The customers’ accumulated points are valid for only two years.
Customers’ consent to participate in the Program
I hereby agree to participate in Mobilawy Program. Further I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions thereof. I also hereby agree and accept that ExxonMobil Egypt (or its delegate) is using cookies to collect, maintain, handle all my personal information for the purpose of execution of Mobilawy Program and/or for purposes related to the Company’s market studies, and/or sending promotional messages SMSs (or otherwise) of the offers, discounts provided through Mobilawy Program and/or other marketing programs provided by the company, without any liability upon ExxonMobil Egypt and/or its affiliates
